Ramper's pipeline is a Chrome plug-in designed to integrate with WhatsApp Web, providing support for sales and customer service directly via WhatsApp.
The company identified two main needs:
Conversation export: Implementation of a new feature that allows conversations to be transferred from WhatsApp to the platform.
Menu improvement: Improvements to the feature menu, which is currently divided into two different sections and displays the same icons in both sections but with different functions.
The work proposal
Main changes proposed:
Cleaner layout - A cleaner look improves usability and makes the experience more enjoyable, easy, and intuitive.
Floating menu - Simplifying the menu makes navigation easier and allows users to quickly find what they are looking for in one place.
Opportunity - As the most important item in the plug-in, it has been highlighted on the main page, along with contact information.
